The project "Capitol Residence" aims to combine a modern urban vision, a comfortable living environment, sociability and tranquility, providing everything necessary for the convenience of future homeowners.

The residential complex is being built in the Serdika region, in close proximity and with assured pedestrian access to the Central Railway Station and car access from Istoria Slavyanobulgarska Blvd.

The project includes commercial areas, underground parking on two levels and four residential buildings housing apartments, studios, warehouses, garages and parking spaces.

The complex is being built on an area of 22,735 sq. m. The residential buildings are four, located in a mirror image /two by two/ and are being built in two stages.
