KMV Property Management is a Bulgarian company, established in 2014 by Eng. Kostadinka Kanurova, and mainly develops in two directions: consulting services and exclusive representation in the sale of real estate in new residential projects. We offer a comprehensive service, starting from the initial idea and concept for the building/complex, market research and analysis, planning, marketing and advertising and implementation of real estate sales. Our company has implemented over 15 residential projects of various scales on the territory of the city of Sofia and has established itself as a trusted partner and exclusive representative in the sale of real estate under construction for leading investors in the sector.
