MOUNTAIN is a residential complex that is built on an area of 13,000 sq m, of which 10,000 sq m are landscaped and will be used as a park by future home owners.
Four buildings with only 62 residential units have been built, which are arranged in a staggered manner and are stepped in height so that each one offers panoramic views of Vitosha Mountain.
The clear height of the apartments is between 2.90m and 3.20m.
For the comfort and convenience of the residents, car parking is provided in two underground parking lots with garages and parking spaces, and at ground level, car access is limited to the ramp areas for the two basements.

When designing the MOUNTAIN We were guided entirely by the idea that the homes should be comfortable and functional first, but at the same time modern and “smart”, and all this should be complemented by lots of greenery, a safe and peaceful living environment. This should be the place that, when you get to know the project, you say to yourself: “TWhere I want to live, this is my place, everything is thought of."
Location:
GORA Complex is located in Krastova Vada district, on the border with Lozenets Park, with access from Filip Kutev Street. The good infrastructure around the project - large main boulevards and a metro stop - make access to and from it quick and convenient from all points of the Capital. For residents, kindergartens and schools, sports centers, the capital's zoo and recreational parks, as well as shopping complexes and shops are within walking distance.

Construction:
Monolithic beamless construction, the masonry is made of "Wienerberger" brick with a thickness of 25 cm and additional sheathing of 2xGKB plasterboard, with sound insulation between the apartments. The internal partition walls in the apartments are made of "Wienerberger" brick with a thickness of 12 cm.
Facade:
Ventilated facade cladding made of natural stone and natural wood panels and 14cm thick laminated mineral wool insulation.
Joinery:
Latest generation of aluminum profiles (Reynars) - triple glazing with interrupted thermal bridge and profile color RAL 7016.
Heating:
Each apartment has underfloor heating and a separate Bosch gas boiler installed. A complete chimney system has been built in the living rooms for future installation of a combustion chamber (fireplace). The system is equipped with NEA SMART 2.0 regulators, which allow remote control (for each room) of the underfloor heating via a smartphone and the application;
