"First sod" of the "Tsarichina" residential building

We are pleased to announce that on Monday the first sod of the new part of the residential building "TsARICHINA" in the Reduta district will be laid. The project includes 10 spacious and functional apartments, only two per floor, garages and an underground parking level. Eight three-bedroom, one two-bedroom and one four-bedroom apartments are offered for sale. The building is located on a quiet street, just a few minutes from Geo Milev Park. In close proximity to public transport stops, schools and large shopping centers, which makes the project attractive for young families. The construction of the new part of the building will be completed in December 2018.
