GORA residential complex with ACT 14

We are pleased to announce that the construction of the GORA (Green Offices and Residential Area) complex is progressing according to schedule. Nine months after the "groundbreaking" date of February 14, 2019, the four buildings in the complex have reached the "rough construction" stage and are now at the level of completion of the ACT model 14.

KMV Property Management is an exclusive sales partner for the GORA residential complex. The investor of the project is BG REI OOD with designers from the architectural bureau Ivo Petrov Architects. The main contractor is Pipe System AD.
