"First sod" of the Alexandria homes residential complex

Today, on October 10, 2022, we celebrated the "Groundbreaking" of one of the newest projects in the portfolio of KMV Property Management - the gated residential complex "Alexandria" in the Gorna Banya district, Sofia. The complex will consist of 9 two-family houses located on an area of 7 acres. Each one will be developed on three residential levels and one basement level with a garage for two cars and an adjacent yard of 250 - 350 sq m.
