Facade: The facade is ventilated with a large-format granite tile cladding with metal or stone decor in order to give the building a unique image. The external thermal insulation is 15 cm. mineral wool, and on the roof 20 cm.

The temperature in the rooms is controlled individually by room thermostats. The installation allows for achieving comfortable living temperatures according to the individual requirements of each user.
